Workouts start tomorrow morning and I'm still working on some ideas.
Potentially 18 players at once
9th - 12th Grade
Most days we will have two coaches, but sometimes there will only be one coach available.
Two hour blocks - Looking at 30 minute skills, 30 minute 3 on 3 concept/cutthroat games, 30 minute weight room, & Full game scrimmages.
Pre/Post workout time will be spent on shooting.
The file contains my initial thought on how to break down the court for the 30 minute skill sessions. The players would move through each section like in circuit training. Each section will have a list of progressions for the players to read through and use. There are two court designs, so they can change sides of the floor each workout.
Still working out the kinks. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
